We have all seen zombies take many different forms in many different movies.
A zombie is, by definition, a dead person brought to life by any means…
Here is a list of the different kinds of zombies:
The Voodoo zombie
These zombies are created by witch doctors by putting a dead human under a spell in order to do his master’s work.
Appearance: it looks human, eyes shut or all white eyeballs, not in a state of decomposition.
How to kill: dismemberment of the body or dissolving the spell.
Night of the Living Dead zombie
As the title describes, this particular zombie is created by George A. Romero in the Night of the Living Dead. This zombie comes to life by a radioactive probe from Venus.
Appearance: in complete state of decomposition, managed by basic human instinct, flesh hungry, slow and unintelligent.
How to kill: shot to the head or smashing his brains.
Virus Zombies
These zombies are the most common. It's all begins with patient 0 being infected by a virus that then spreads extremely fast. There are a few differences between the various virus zombies, so here they are:
Resident Evil Zombies
These zombies are created by a Virus called T-Virus which is delivered via Airborne and used by the Umbrella Corp. They are driven by a basic instinct and are extremely flesh hungry. Get bitten and you will get infected and become one of them.
Appearance: human like, some bludgeon or eaten/bitten from other zombies, completely dead, slow and unintelligent.
How to kill: any way you can but shot to the head or sever their spine.
Zombieland zombies
These zombies were created by a poisoned hamburger which then spread to others. The infection spreads by biting other humans and after a period of time you become one of them.
Appearance: human like, eyes bloodshot or with different tone, fast, smart, hungry for human flesh.
How to kill: shot to the head works best.
