FCC's net neutrality rules open door to new fees on Internet service

The FCC order reduces the Internet to a public utility, opening the door to federal, state, and local taxes and fees.  Its stifling regulations will crush private investment, sending those taxes skyrocketing just to keep the network operating.
And for what?  The free-market Internet has been an amazing engine of economic growth, innovation, and creativity without regulations and taxes.  It isn’t broken and it doesn’t need the FCC to try to fix it.
Congress simply must step in and overturn the FCC order to regulate and tax the Internet.
