HOW'SBOUT A GAME OF ZOMBEER?
Zombeer Offers Shootin' And Drinkin'
If there are two things the modern gamer knows, it’s zombies and beer. Luckily, the fine folks over at Moonbite have decided to combine those two very things into one monstrous first-person shooter, creating the survival horror comedy shooter known only as Zombeer.
You read that right; Zombeer. And the game looks about as crazy as it sounds. Players take control of K (all grindhouse heroes answer to a single letter, apparently), a man who wakes up in a Mexican bar to discover not only does he have to blow the zombie hordes to smithereens, but that chugging brewskies is the only way to prevent himself from joining their foul ranks. Drink too much, though, and the gameplay takes a nasty twist.

“Our team is very passionate about pop culture, so the game proudly features many references movies, comic books and games that we like,” Fernandez said. “We have said that if Zombeer had a fragrance, it would be a mix between Las Vegas and a Tijuana dive bar.”
We’ll, uh, have to take your word on that last bit, Fernandez.
Zombeer is scheduled to release by the end of 2012 for PC, Mac and “such top-end platforms as the PlayStation 3.” For more info, check out the official site.
