Sherman Theater to host Zombie Walk, 'Holiday of the Dead' screening

The Sherman Theater, in Stroudsburg, Pa., will host a Zombie Walk and "Holiday of the Dead" movie screening Oct. 27.

If you happen to see a zombie or two staggering down Main Street in Stroudsburg, PA, don't be alarmed.

The Sherman Theater will host its annual Zombie Walk, starting 5:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Hampton Inn on Main Street. The walk will be followed by "Zombie Reception" at 6:20 p.m. in the Sherman Theater lobby, which will lead in to a 7 p.m. screening of the indie horror film "Holiday of the Dead."

The night's events will be capped by a "Rocky Horror Picture Show" pre-party at 10 p.m., followed by a screening of the cult classic starring Tim Curry as Dr. Frank-N-Furter and Susan Sarandon as Janet.

Tickets cost $10 for the Zombie Walk, reception and "Holiday" movie screening; $18 for the Zombie Walk, reception, "Holiday" screening, "Rocky Horror" pre-party and screening.
