Wanted: Farm House for Zombie Movie

Would I lie to you?  Oh, sure.  For a million dollars, maybe.
But not about something as important as a movie company needing to use a vacant farm house in North Georgia to film a zombie movie.
[Please Note: You probably have to actually own the house you let the movie company use for filming, unless you can pull off some kind of awesome revenge on your pesky neighbors.]
I know.  You still don’t believe me.  Hey, if it weren’t true, I couldn’t put it on the Internet.
OK, that’s a lie too.  Sorry.  I’m on a roll.

The Facts

What: A film company wants to rent a place to film an “Action/Adventure/Zombie Genre” movie on Saturday and Sunday, October 20th & 21st.
Scouts would like to view potential sites as early as this Friday, the 5th.
[Yes, that would be a cool job, but it ain't gonna happen to you, so don't quit school, okay?]
Location Needed: Single story farm house on acreage – can be near a road, but remote is preferred.  (If you have to ask why, you should not rent out your grandparents’ place.)
Any type of architecture is fine.  Producers prefer the house to be empty so they can dress the set themselves.
Budget: This is a small independent film, but they do have a modest location budget to compensate the property owner for the shoot.  [I wonder if "cleaning fake blood off the walls, ceilings and floors" is their responsibility or the home owner's?]
How to respond to this lead: E-mail photos of the exterior and interior (wide angles and panoramic preferred).  Please include the address, name, phone and e-mail of the contact person who is a decision maker about the rates and availability of the property.
