The Zombie Buffet 5k and Kids Fitness Chase
Where: The Jacksonville Landing
When: Saturday, October 20, 2012 . First kids wave starts at 11AM. First adult 5k race wave begins at noon.
What the heck is it: These are two separate races but there will be special pricing for adults wanting to participate in both
The Kids Fitness Zombie Chase: This is the one mile fun run where adults and big kids (16 and up) are zombies and kids (5-15) are runners. The Zombies “catch” runners by gently placing a sticker on the back of the runner. Lots more waves this year, too. Every one gets a tshirt and a dog tag!!
The Zombie Buffet 5k: This is a 5k race through downtown. Runners (17 and up) and Zombies (17 and up) start at two different starting lines then merge into the transformation station and become a zombie too!
