Zombies sink their teeth into Halloween bus service (UK)

Zombies roamed Crawley town centre on Monday afternoon (October 1) to launch a spooktactular new bus service.

Metrobus has teamed up with Tulleys Farm to run a service from Crawley and Three Bridges to the Halloween Shocktober Fest in Turners Hill which attracts up to 5,000 visitors per night.
Nick Hill, Metrobus commercial manager, said: “Tulleys Farm Shocktober Fest is a major festival in our area. We have been working with Tulleys to see how we could help provide a convenient and affordable public transport link direct to the heart of the Halloween action.

“Buses will depart Crawley Bus Station approximately every 20 minutes calling at Three Bridges to connect with trains from London and Brighton. Buses will start at 5pm and run until 11pm or midnight on certain peak nights.”

Stuart Beare, from Tulleys Farm, said: “The new bus service is fantastic news for visitors to our Shocktober Fest Scream Park nights. We are expecting over 4000 zombies to arrive on October 6 for the world record attempt many travelling by train from Brighton and London so the bus link will be great news for them and all the visitors who come to one of the 18 Shocktober Fest nights.”
