The books about how The Governor became The Governor are a huge success. They are written by Jay Bonansinga based on synopsis done by Robert Kirkman (creator of the comic that started it all). Two books has been released so far; The Rise of The Governor and The Road to Woodbury.
The Walking Dead News has teamed up with St. Martin’s Press in a contest where the grand prize is a signed (by both Jay Bonansinga and Robert Kirkman) copy of The Road to Woodbury.
Two runners up will each get a copy of the two books in hardback (not signed though).
