Katie (Jeannine Mestre) is the drug addicted sister of our movie's heroine, Edna, who is on her way to visit her ailing sister when all zombie Hell breaks loose. Even though Katie ends up hospitalized far enough away from the site of the zombie attack, will she be able to survive the zombies, or is it something else?
